Supply Chain Department

Supply chain department manages products sourcing and acquisition, coordinates activities involved in every phase of production and distribution. This includes all aspects of Inventory management, managing orders to receive on time and Customer service. Department key goals are to achieve growth and sales target set by the company.

Duties and responsibilities in a Supply Chain involves planning delivery schedules, ensuring sufficient stockkeeping in warehouses as well as at related suppliers end to meet the demands, overseeing the ordering and packaging process, monitoring stock levels and tracking products shipment via ports to ensure timely arrival.

Other functions include administrative and paperwork coordination with government departments and vendors for Import Recommendation (IR)/Import Health Certificate (IHC) along with necessary supporting documents to the Department of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Ministry of Health. Supply Chain team also oversees application of Import License at the Ministry of Commerce and at Department of Trade, declaration of goods to Customs authorities and coordination with correspondence banks for necessary paperwork and settlements.

Logistics Department

Logistics department is responsible for ensuring the right products are delivered to the right location on time without compromising the quality and packaging, in the most cost-effective way. It oversees the distribution and transportation of goods from warehouses to the consumer.

Logistics department also manages warehouse Inventory, analyze transaction data and goods flow for goods receiving and issuing, proper handling of goods to maintain products quality and avoid damage. It also arranges delivery way plans, track delivery routing and monitor behaviors of customer services representatives in day-to-day operation. Logistics department also coordinates and works together with other department in the company to provide necessary supports.

Sales Team

Sales Team always striving hard to achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets for all suppliers. It also ensures Sales personnel KPIs and team's effectiveness especially during market visits and order collection are met  and maintained at set levels. Sales Teams follow predefined delivery routes to collect sales orders and handles customers accordingly. Special order collection and handling arrangements are also in place for key customers as well.

Sales team also prepares action plans, sales goal and regular visit frequency to existing customers. Effective searching of potential customers and onboarding them are also part of Sales team's responsibility. It also manages monthly SKUs 90% achievement target. Sales team also develops profit and sales growth plan, builds strong relationship with existing and potential customers within assigned sales regions. Product awareness, market expansion, customer education is also part of Sales team's responsibility too. 

One of the responsibilities is to maintain customer satisfaction ratings high to meet company's set target. Sales team also collects market insight, competitors' activities, pricing and market strategies in respective region and report to management in timely manner.

Finance Department

The duties and responsibilities of the Finance team are Financial Reports generation, budget comparisons on year-on-year performance basis, costing calculations for each product, setting promotion and incentive schemes on monthly basis.
 

Finance team validates the details of overall expenses. arranges the necessary payments including that of suppliers and offer Fom-31 for tax exemption.

Finance team also checks sales invoices with promotion schemes, validates stock inventory with warehouse department and control of customers’ outstanding and issues Form-31 to customers. Finance team also checks the accuracy of warehouse on-ground-physical-stock against the records in system on quarterly basis.

HR Department

Responsibility of HR Department is to manage employee and office affairs such as recruitment, candidate selection, hiring, job description listing, employee contract negotiation and signing, rule and policy setting, discipline enforcement, Training and Development. Managing Social Security tax, government tax and insurances are also part of it.
 

HR team plans and coordinates annual trip locally as well as overseas, Sub Distributors' Bonus Trip, Office Party, Celebration, Donation events and etc...

Production Department

The production department is responsible for the timely and accurate product supply to the sale teams based on the target products, quality and goods volume set by the company.

The production department is also responsible for handling raw materials and other inputs into finished goods. In between the processes of production, the department works to improve the efficiency of the production or assembly line so that it can meet the output targets set by company management and ensure finished products offer consumers the best value and quality.

1.    Planning to ensure maximum efficiency.
2.    Managing inventory levels to ensure raw materials requirements.
3.    Food Safety and Hazard Control.
4.    Analyzing & Improving the Quality of Products.
5.    Documentation of production inventory, process, finished products and waste control.
6.    Development of raw material and productivity achievement.
7.    Reducing Waste & Costs in Production Department.
8.    Compliance with safety regulations.

Brand Department

The responsibilities of Brand team are to develop and evaluate monthly and yearly brands' plan, to build brand awareness with below-the-line and above-the-line marketing activities. In addition, financial planning for brand development, analyzing brand's positioning, consumer insights and maintaining brand identity consistency are part of Brand team's responsibilities.

Other processes of the brand team are;
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing activities, and campaigns, and assess ROI 
- Monitor market trends, research consumer insight and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and keep trying to grow.
- Consumer and outlet insight survey for new brand development.

MAC Department (Merchandizing, Activation, Customer Care)

Duties and responsibilities for MAC team include managing FB pages and hotline phones, handling customers' complaint, order receiving, promotion scheme education and attending other inquiries.

 

MAC department is also responsible for creating sampling points, trip plans and feeding sampling in both wet market and modern trade throughout Myanmar. Arranging Promotion Girl with gondola, managing trade fair and other promotion activities for brand awareness, Live sales and collaboration with other team for orders arrangement are part of MAC team's responsibility too.
As for Merchandising activity, installing PP boards, delivering pamphlets, display outlets inspection, competitor's information and market insight collection in timely manner are also managed by MAC department.
